JR worked through a 12 week program with the goal of fat loss. During the program she went out with her friends on the weekends, enjoyed weddings and birthday, all while working a full time job and focusing on HERSELF.

AH was one of the hardest working people to go through Worth Fit Training. She loved learning how to use her macros like a jenga game and make sure she could eat her favorite foods while also working towards her goals! She saw PR's in almost all her lifts and finished the program over 15lbs+ down.

AE came into thje program just wanting to lose a couple pounds and feel better about herself as a mom and partner. We worked together for about six months, using the first 12 weeks to focus on fat loos and the next 12 weeks to reverse diet and have her eating around maintenance. She is able to eat about 2200cals and still see all her hard work!

I was a college athlete, but struggled navigating the gym after 'retiring.' Rekindling my passion in med school, I dropped out and started over. When COVID hit, friends asked for virtual training via FaceTime, sparking my journey. Determined, I built a successful virtual training business despite a toxic marriage and divorce. Now, I'm a thriving engineer, trainer, and homeowner with a wonderful community. The gym reminds me of my strength, physically and mentally, boosting my confidence.
